The service
Parkmitra provides software that parking organizations use to manage customers, vehicles, parking passes, renewals, payments, receipts, customer access, notifications and operational records. The relevant parking organization—not Parkmitra software—generally controls its facility, availability, parking rules, physical security, towing decisions, vehicle safety and on-site operations.
Organizations and accounts
Organizations are responsible for authorizing staff, assigning appropriate permissions, maintaining accurate customer and operational information, and using customer data lawfully. Staff and customer portal users must protect their credentials, promptly report suspected misuse, and provide accurate account information.
Passes, payments and communications
Digital or QR passes represent information entered or issued by a parking organization and remain subject to that organization’s rules. Payment entries and receipts record transactions in the service but do not independently guarantee settlement outside it. Service notifications may communicate pass, renewal, expiry, payment, balance or operational information. Promotional messages are subject to customer preference and opt-in controls.
Acceptable use
Users must not access another organization’s or customer’s information without authority, interfere with the service, misuse QR codes or accounts, introduce malicious material, attempt to bypass security controls, or use Parkmitra for unlawful activity.
Availability and access
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Access may be restricted when an organization’s subscription is inactive, an account is disabled, or use threatens the service or violates these terms.
Intellectual property
Parkmitra’s software, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Organizations and users retain responsibility for information they provide and grant the permissions necessary to process it for the service.
Responsibility and limitations
Parkmitra is provided as a management platform and does not guarantee parking availability, prevention of theft or damage, enforcement outcomes, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
